enjoyed satellite television and climate control in the room. the breakfast was good with lots of food. location: the hotel was really close to the center and the stops on the previous day and bars. we were 700 feet away from bloom cakes, that offered quick meals.

The hotel has absolutely perfect location not far from the Bridge, and the Imperial City. The room was absolutely perfect and beautiful, complete with the balcony, a GREAT shower and TV.

I absolutely loved the decorations at Buncha House. The hotel had a charming and cozy atmosphere, with beautiful traditional Vietnamese touches. The general areas were well-maintained and clean, making it a pleasant environment to relax and socialize. As a senior woman, I appreciated that the hotel was easily accessible, with clear signage and no stairs to climb.

I would have liked to see more options for senior-friendly activities or amenities. The children working there were helpful, but it would have been nice to have some activities or facilities specifically tailored for older guests.

The hotel is in a magnificent and unbeatable location, so close to the city center, Buncha House, sightseeing, and lots of bars and restaurants. the staff was really helpful.

Staying here for New Year's was great! the rooms were nice and spacious, plus they looked new. We loved having a balcony and the beds were super comfy 😊.

I recently stayed at Buncha House for a few days and had a wonderful experience. The staff were extremely friendly and spoke perfect English, always going out of their way to assist me. The breakfast options were fantastic, with a wide variety to choose from. The room was clean and comfortable, and the bed provided a great night's sleep. I appreciated the daily room service and the hot shower after a rainy day. I would definitely love to return!

A really great experience here! the rooms were beautiful and the location was perfect, being super close to Ta Vet. It only took us 5 minutes to walk downtown, where all the action is. the workers were so friendly and nice - made us feel right at home 😊.

The bathroom was squeaky clean, and the hot water was a delightful treat. The breakfast included was surprisingly delicious, especially considering the amount we paid. But the real stars of this place were the staff. They were incredibly helpful and friendly, going above and beyond to make sure we had an amazing stay. They even helped us arrange a motorbike rental and gave us fantastic recommendations for places to visit. I cannot recommend this place enough, it's a hidden gem!
